The DHL Stormers will look to consolidate their early-season momentum in the Vodacom United Rugby Championship when they host Welsh outfit Scarlets at DHL Stadium on Saturday 24 October 2026. Kick-off in Cape Town is scheduled for 16:00.
John Dobson’s charges enter the round 4 encounter seeking a second straight home URC win following their coastal derby win over the Hollywoodbets Sharks earlier this month.
Head coach Dwayne Peel’s Scarlets squad face a daunting two-week tour of the Republic, beginning in the Mother City before travelling up north to face the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria next weekend.
The clash forms part of an action-packed weekend for South Africa’s four URC franchises. On Friday night, the Hollywoodbets Sharks face Cardiff Rugby away at Cardiff Arms Park at 20:45 SA time. Meanwhile, the Fidelity SecureDrive Lions and Vodacom Bulls continue their push for top-eight playoff positions.
With the November international window approaching, several Springbok contenders will be eager to catch the eye of selectors during Saturday afternoon’s contest in Cape Town.
