Zimbabwe play Bangladesh on 17 October in the opening match of a one day international tri-series in the United Arab Emirates, with Sikandar Raza captaining a 15-man squad.
Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe each play the other two once. Zimbabwe meet Bangladesh on 17 October and Afghanistan on 19 October, Afghanistan play Bangladesh on 21 October, and the top two meet in the final on 23 October.
The one day squad
Sikandar Raza captains the side. Tafadzwa Tsiga and Vincent Masekesa come into the one day squad and Graeme Cremer is out of it. Both are in contention for one day international debuts.
Craig Ervine, Brendan Taylor, Blessing Muzarabani, Brian Bennett, Ben Curran, Ryan Burl, Brad Evans, Wessly Madhevere, Wellington Masakadza, Ernest Masuku, Newman Nyamhuri and Tadiwanashe Marumani complete the fifteen.
Richard Ngarava is out of both white ball squads while he recovers from a back injury. Innocent Kaia is recovering from a thigh strain and is in the Twenty20 squad rather than the one day squad.
What follows the tri-series
The tour runs from 17 October to 17 November. Zimbabwe play Afghanistan in three Twenty20 internationals on 27 October, 29 October and 1 November, with Kundai Matigimu replacing Brad Evans for the third of them. Two Test matches against Afghanistan follow, from 5 to 9 November and from 13 to 17 November.
Raza also captains the fourteen man Twenty20 squad. AXN Sports carries the tour on the Zimbabwe sports news page.
